How infuriating it can be when one of your top players finally returns from an awful injury, to only suffer another one shortly after.

Blackburn Rovers fans will know all about it with the latest news emerging out of Ewood Park, with Bradley Dack set to undergo knee surgery again.

The midfielder had to have an operation 15 months ago and had recently started to find his form once again after a year out on the sidelines because of an awful ACL injury he suffered in his right knee during a game against Wigan Athletic back in December 2019.

Since returning, Dack has managed to score three goals in his 16 Championship appearances and was looking somewhat back to his best. However, he has been cruelly struck down by injury once again and faces a lengthy spell on the sidelines once again. He might want to avoid using the best USA high roller casinos with the luck he has, though.

The 27-year-old suffered the same injury but to his other knee in the 1-0 defeat to Brentford. Perhaps rather fortunate for him, Dack had recently signed a new contract with the Ewood Park outfit which runs to 2023, otherwise he could have been left to deal with this latest setback without a club as his deal was set to run out in the summer.

It is believed he will miss the rest of the 2021 calendar, with a return in 2022 likely but that will obviously depend on his rehabilitation.

The injury will come as a blow to Dack and Blackburn Rovers as the midfielder has proven to be an integral part of the side since he joined them. The fact that he got through the first injury and made a return is encouraging, however there will have been some destruction to his soul as it seems he has no luck.

Nonetheless, the fact he has a contract that does not expire until 2023 means he has something to work for and to look forward to, therefore the rehabilitation process might just be a little easier. Maybe playing a game or two at a casino online during the time he has rehabilitating will be a perfect way for him to pass the time?

Blackburn, though, might have to think about what they do this summer in regards to the transfer window, as they are going to have to find someone who can replace him for at least the first half of the upcoming season by the look of things.
