Sheffield United are in the midst of a fantastic season but their fans have been left enraged by recent news.
Despite kicking off 2024/25 with a two-point deduction, the Blades are well on course to win promotion from the Championship this season.
Sheffield United were held to a 1-1 draw by Bristol City during the midweek Championship fixtures, seeing Leeds United open up a minor lead at the top of the table.
But Chris Wilder’s side are still currently on course to beat Burnley to the second and final automatic promotion spot and book their place in next season’s Premier League.

Sheffield United take on Sheffield Wednesday later this week in what will be the final Steel City Derby of the season.
It’s expected to be a feisty affair, which Blades fans are no doubt looking forward to, given they won the reverse fixture and are in much better form than their rivals this term.
However, supporters are not happy with one change made for their upcoming clash with Plymouth Argyle.

After clashing with the Owls, Wilder and co. have meetings against the likes of Coventry City and Oxford before they meet relegation-threatened Plymouth Argyle on April 12th.

Originally scheduled to take place at 3pm, Sheffield United have now confirmed that the fixture has been moved to 12:30pm after being selected for live coverage on Sky Sports Football.
It means fans of the Yorkshire outfit will have to get up even earlier to make the 294-mile trip, which takes around five hours.
In turn, supporters have taken to social media following the news to express their anger.
One fan wrote: “That’s beyond a joke. Without fans you can’t sell the atmosphere and the overall product”.
A second sarcastically commented: “Thinking of the fans again @SkyFootball,” while a another wrote: “Class for the fans that.”
“Prioritising the fans as per well done Sky… not,” a fourth Sheffield United fan added.
A fifth Blades supporter replied: “3am start cause Sky want [the] most money they can possibly get, ruining [the] game.”
While another stated: “No thoughts for the fans yet again, looks like a Friday afternoon drive to Plymouth then.”
