Cardiff City suffered relegation from the Championship this season, and Callum Robinson did not feature in their final fixture.
The Bluebirds ended the 2024/25 campaign dead bottom of the second tier, finishing on 44 points.

Vincent Tan has commented on Cardiff City’s plans for League One already, though fans are not likely to be happy.
Meanwhile, the Welsh outfit were trolled by rivals Swansea City after their relegation was confirmed.
Amid relegation down to the third tier, Callum Robinson has been making headlines for two reasons this week.

Cardiff City’s Callum Robinson hits back at reports
Cardiff lost their final Championship fixture for at least the next year to Norwich City.
A number of senior players were missing from the matchday squad on the day, one of whom was Robinson.
The BBC originally reported that the forward attended an Aston Villa game on May 3, reports the attacker has now come out to deny.
Taking to X/Twitter, the Cardiff ace wrote: “I’d love to see the proof of this because on Saturday I was at no football match. Don’t believe all you read.”
The BBC then replied to Robinson, confirming they had updated their post, stating: “This post has been updated to correct an error in the original version, in which Callum Robinson was said to have been at Aston Villa’s game on Saturday. Robinson has clarified that he did not attend any game that day.”
Callum Robinson wanted by Wrexham
The second reason the striker has been in the news this week is because of transfer interest.
Robinson is wanted by Wrexham, who have just won promotion to the Championship for the first time in over 40 years.
The 30-year-old scored 12 goals and provided one assist in 34 league matches for Cardiff this season.
He is under contract in Wales until the summer of 2027, having last agreed an extension in January.
