Morecambe were up 1-0 away to Ipswich in the England League One. But, in the third period, Ipswich clawed their way back into the game and equalised. The game finished 2-2.
The visitors Morecambe took an early lead when Cole Stockton scored after 22 minutes, making it 1-0.
After that the game came to a long, indecisive standstill without either team managing to score. With barely 30 minutes on the clock, Ipswich’s Scott Fraser scored and equalised.
Cole Stockton gave Morecambe the lead in the 72nd minute.
The equaliser came in the 90th minute, when Macauley Bonne scored a goal for Ipswich, what brought the final score to 2-2.
In the next round on Saturday, Ipswich face Wimbledon at home, while Morecambe host Sheff Wed.
