EFL Analysis can exclusively reveal that Leeds United hold a big advantage in the race to sign Manor Solomon this summer after his loan spell at Elland Road.
Tottenham Hotspur’s Manor Solomon became a key figure in Leeds’ Championship-winning campaign, featuring in 39 league matches, scoring a crucial 10 goals and providing 12 assists.
He even scored the winning goal against Plymouth Argyle on the final day of the season to confirm the Yorkshire side as league champions.
Now, given his momentous impact, it sounds like the 25-year-old could be staying put in Yorkshire, despite competition for his signature from abroad ahead of the summer transfer window.

Leeds United likely to sign Manor Solomon permanently this summer
With Solomon’s loan deal coming to an end, it is still unclear what his future holds. But, thanks to EFL Analysis transfer expert, Graeme Bailey, we know a little more about the situation.
Bailey exclusively revealed: “On Manor Solomon, Leeds United really, really want him to come back.
“They’re in talks now with Tottenham, and Tottenham are selling him, for sure. He’s got interest throughout Europe, but he was really settled in there at Leeds.
“I’d be surprised if he’s not back in the white next season, to be fair.”
It’s an understandable stance from Leeds United given Solomon has been such a vital player this year and with some interest from Europe, they may be wise to sign him sooner rather than later.
In terms of a price tag, Spurs are believed to want in the ballpark of £15m-£20m for Solomon.
But, with no solid price tag confirmed, Bailey added: “Leeds know what Spurs want. Now it’s about persuading the player.”
Manor Solomon shared an update on his Leeds United future a few weeks ago, after clinching the Championship title for Daniel Farke’s men.

European club intensifies interest in Leeds target Solomon
The most serious transfer rival appears to be Marseille, whose interest seems to be gathering momentum ahead of the summer window.
In a report from the Yorkshire Evening Post, it said that discussions have already been held between the French club and Solomon’s people, with head coach Roberto De Zerbi keen to reunite with the winger he managed at Shakhtar Donetsk.
Marseille scouts are said to have been in attendance at Leeds games on ‘several occasions’ to watch Solomon. Although, the Ligue 1 club aren’t yet thought to have made any contact with Spurs.
One advantage over Leeds is Marseille’s ability to offer Champions League football, with a top-three finish assured.
Looking beyond potential signings like Solomon, Leeds United must also have a plan for Harry Gray, a promising young player, particularly given the exciting announcement that has recently emerged regarding his development.
