Luton Town kept their survival hopes alive with a huge win on Good Friday.
The Hatters beat Derby County 1-0 at Pride Park to move Matt Bloomfield’s side level on points with the Rams with only three games of the Championship season remaining.
Their quest to avoid relegation doesn’t get any easier though as they face high-flying Bristol City, who have plenty to fight for at the top of the table in terms of the play-off race.
Form can play a huge part in any game and for Luton, it’s good news when it comes to their previous encounters vs Bristol City at Kenilworth Road.

Luton boss wants ‘resilience’ from his side in final weeks of the season
As it stands, if the season was to come to an end now, Luton would be a League One side next year.
Thankfully, that isn’t the case and 15 points from a possible 27 in their last nine games has given the club a chance of avoiding back-to-back relegations.
It’s this sort of character that Bloomfield wants to see from his players in the final weeks of the season.
After the Derby win, he said: “I associate Luton with resilience and fight, that’s one of the reasons why I wanted to come here because the characteristics of the people, what the badge stands for, what the football club stands for.”
