Leicester City need a striker this summer, and desperately.
Following Jamie Vardy’s departure at the end of last season, the only senior striker at the club is Patson Daka.
Marti Cifuentes wants to keep Daka but, with 16-year-old Jake Evans the only other option available at the King Power Stadium, more options need to be brought in.
Richard Kone is of interest to Leicester and Wycombe Wanderers confirmed they had received bids for the striker.
However, with plenty of clubs also in the race, there is an opportunity to cast their eyes elsewhere and sign another prolific goal scorer.

Leicester City should sign Bojan Miovski
Despite scoring goals for fun in Scotland, Bojan Miovski has found life in Spain with Girona very difficult.
The North Macedonia striker only scored four in all competitions last season – a far cry from the 44 in 98 games for Aberdeen.
Neil Warnock said Miovski is the best striker he’s had and the 26-year-old is someone in his prime but also with plenty of years ahead.
Birmingham City have previously been linked with Miovski but with the Blues reportedly closing in on Chuba Akpom, the Girona striker may no longer be on their radar.
Odsonne Edouard could help Leicester to sign Miovski
Odsonne Edouard was a disastrous signing for Leicester but he may be able to assist them at last.
Edouard is apparently set to join Girona, which will only push Miovski further down the pecking order.
The need for a number nine is hugely important to Leicester and they could offer the 26-year-old that chance to play regularly, as well as rediscover his scoring touch.
