Birmingham City manager Chris Davies has joined a list of impressive names after his superb 2024/25.
Birmingham City have won promotion to the Championship, managing to win the League One title without kicking a ball earlier this month.
Attention has now turned to the summer, with the Blues expected to be aggressive in the transfer market.
Birmingham could smash their transfer record as they look to copy Ipswich Town by winning back-to-back promotions.
A number of players have impressed for the Midlands outfit this season, and Chris Davies’ excellent performance has been highlighted as well.

Chris Davies outperforming Manchester City and Wrexham coaches
Manchester City have dominated the Premier League for the majority of seasons since Pep Guardiola took the helm back in 2015/16.
They aren’t going to win the title this term, but the Spaniard has already cemented himself as one of the league’s all-time great coaches.
Now, ahead of Birmingham’s next outing, it has been revealed that Davies actually has a better points per game ratio then the Spaniard.
Burnley’s Scott Parker and Phil Parkinson of Wrexham take fourth and fifth place, while only Liverpool coach Arne Slot is currently outperforming the Blues’ boss.
Chris Davies can help Birmingham City League One record
The 2024/25 season is basically over, but Birmingham can break a League One record in their remaining fixtures.
They will play out their 44th league clash of 2024/25 on April 27 against Mansfield Town.
Birmingham head into that fixture on 103 points, meaning a win would see them overtake Wolverhampton Wanderers for the most points secured in a single campaign in League One.
There is a good chance Davies and Co. also break the record for most points by any team across the entire EFL.
That record is currently held by Reading, who won 106 in the 2005/06 Championship campaign.
