Wrexham have ramped up their activity in the transfer market in recent days, as they have been linked with a few more names and confirmed several fresh faces into the Racecourse Ground.
The Red Dragons look set to lure Josh Windass away from Sheffield Wednesday, after the striker has impressed in the Championship for the past few seasons.
Wrexham also smashed their transfer record to acquire the services of Liberato Cacace, as Phil Parkinson looks to strengthen his defence.
As Wrexham do some business in the transfer market, other clubs in the Championship may look towards north Wales with a bit more intrigue as they start to flex their financial muscles and activate their recruitment department.

George Thomason spent the last five seasons of his career playing for Bolton Wanderers and now has opted to move to the Championship to join Wrexham.
The 24-year-old bid farewell to the Bolton fans in a heartfelt farewell video the club posted on social media, and they thanked him for his time at the club, and in those messages it is easy to see the type of player Wrexham have signed.
One fan said: “Wrexham have got themselves a hell of a prospect here. Knew what it meant to pull on that shirt. Only wish him the best of luck!”
Another added to that as they said: “No doubt an unreal bloke and leader, wish him the best of luck, genuinely believe he’ll smash it for Wrexham, his mentality is perfect for football.”
One fan said: “Best of luck, George; you’re a great player and have been a fantastic servant to our club. Wrexham are very fortunate to have you.”
The overriding sentiment was one of wishing him well in his move to Wrexham after everything he did at Bolton.
One fan summed up his departure as they said: “Best of luck, GT; go and develop and have a great career. Always have 100% and showed loyalty, deserved the move.”

George Thomason has already let his feelings be known about joining Wrexham, giving his first interview to the club after putting pen to paper.
Wrexham will be competing in the second tier of English football for the first time in more than 40 years, after the Red Dragons made history with consecutive promotions, and he can’t wait to compete in the division, demonstrating the drive and determination he has, a key quality behind his signing at the club.
He said: “For me it’s also the first time I’m playing in the Championship. So hopefully we’re going to come in here and be super competitive. Look, there’s a culture here of togetherness and team spirit, but also these boys know how to win football matches. So, I’m very confident that that’s going to be something that we’re going to progress on even more this season.
“We’re going to have a real good go at it. We’re going to attack it. And for me personally, I want to play as many games as I possibly can and help contribute to the team.”
