The day no Leicester City fan wanted to happen has finally come around: Jamie Vardy will be leaving at the end of the season.
Vardy confirmed he would leave the Foxes after 13 years at the club where he has done pretty much everything you can do.
From breaking Premier League scoring records to Champions League quarter-finals, Vardy has even won two Championship titles in that time.
But, all things come to an end and Leicester fans have reacted to the news that their greatest ever player will be waving goodbye at the end of the season.

Leicester City fans react to Jamie Vardy departure
Relegation back to the Championship wasn’t the way this fairytale journey was meant to come to an end, it wasn’t in the script.
That doesn’t apply to the 38-year-old, who is rightfully immune from any criticism and fans have had an emotional reaction to the news on X.
@SemperEadem__ tweeted: “The party is over.”
@ansh_manutd added: “Absolute legend of the game. Have a great next chapter ahead.”
@MarkgLcfc said: “For me, Vardy is the greatest ever player to play for Leicester City. He epitomises everything “Leicester”, a bit rough & ready, wind up merchant, underdog, but can stick it to them I feel privileged to have watched him & to witness him from 2012 & turn into an elite forward Sad day.”
@1884LEICS stated: “I think I speak for all Leicester fans when I say that football will not be the same without Vardy on the pitch.”
@CoopsLCFC echoed the sentiments, adding: “Gutted. The end of an era. The greatest player to have ever stepped foot at this club. Almost impossible to imagine the club without him.”
When is Jamie Vardy’s last game as a Leicester City player?
With only five games of the Premier League season remaining, there are only a handful of opportunities left to see the Foxes number nine in action before he moves on to pastures new.
The last game of the season is away to Bournemouth on Sunday 26 May but before that, his last-ever home game will be against Ipswich Town on Sunday 18 May.
