The Jamie Vardy party came to an end for Leicester City in the summer and he’s now found a brand-new home.
Vardy left Leicester City after 13 years at the club and had been training on his own in the summer in a bid to find a new club.
A return to the Premier League appealed to Vardy but in the end he opted for a shock move to Italy to sign for Cremonese.
Like the Foxes, Cremonese are the underdogs in Serie A but made a winning start to their season and the 38-year-old will hope to replicate his 5000/1 fairytale with Leicester.
Now his new club has been found, Leicester fans were prepared to buy his new side’s shirt with his name and number on the back, only to discover something upsetting.

Jamie Vardy’s Cremonese shirt number confirmed
After completing the signing, the Italian outfit have released the list of shirt numbers that each of their new arrivals will wear throughout the season.
Cremonese posted all of them on social media, where they revealed that Vardy will wear the number 10 shirt.
It’s a big change from his usual number nine shirt and as expected, that decision hasn’t gone down well.
Leicester fans aren’t happy with Jamie Vardy’s new shirt number
It’s going to take some getting used to seeing the Leicester legend in a new kit, however, others are already demanding for it to be changed.
“Nooo Vardy is #9 lads what are you on?!!!” said @JackOsbFootball.
@Aaron_Howells added: “Vardy 10 is scandalous.”
@LCFC_Austin continued: “Games gone…”
