Ruben Selles has got off to the worst possible start in the Championship in charge of his new club, Sheffield United, as they suffered two losses in their opening pair of games.
The Blades were humbled 4-1 at home to Bristol City in their opening game before Swansea City beat them 1-0 in South Wales last weekend.
Ruben Selles has not been happy with the business done in the transfer market by Sheffield United to this point and is hoping for a change before the closure of the transfer window in September.
Sheffield United currently sit at the bottom of the Championship table, with their bitter rivals, Sheffield Wednesday, one position above them.
While it is only two games in, it is not where the Blades would want to be; however, Ruben Selles has outlined the plan on how they can change their fortunes around.

Ruben Selles’ plan to turn around ‘really bad week’
The new Sheffield United boss has not found it easy at Bramall Lane so far in his tenure, and it will get no easier in their next fixture, as they play Millwall this weekend.
However, after speaking to The Star, Selles has laid out his plan for how he will change the fortunes of the club.
He said: “We lost the first three games; it has been a really bad week.
“I just say we are going to be honest, we are going to work hard, we are going to persist in what we do, and we are going to give it everything we have inside. At some point the situation will turn and we will start to win football matches.

“We don’t need to use the excuse of the transfer window.
“Trying to be more aggressive when we are defending and obviously trying to put the players in the best position we can put them in, to play with a freedom that they want to play with.
“So now it’s about remaining calm, analysing the situation as it is, not going too emotional and trying to find the platform for us to be competitive.”
Sheffield United’s need for signings
Ruben Selles has identified that there is a need for reinforcements to join the club to help them achieve their aim of promotion, particularly in defence.
The Blades had been linked to Bobby Thomas, having made an £8 million bid for the Coventry City defender.
It demonstrates their admission that there is a need to strengthen, while there will be concerns about future quality players leaving the club.
