The Championship is in it’s penultimate weekend of the season and has some huge clashes to serve up at both ends of the table.

Preston North End vs Plymouth Argyle is one of those, with Plymouth hoping to pull off a miraculous survival mission, whilst Preston look to avoid being dragged in any more.

With two games to go, Plymouth are three points adrift in the Championship relegation battle – but have a terrible goal difference compared to others.

As for Preston, they are three points clear, but defeat at Deepdale could mean alarm bells are ringing in Lancashire.

Tickets are as cheap as £5 for Preston and Plymouth fans to pack out the ground in a blockbuster encounter, but Preston and Argyle supporters will also be keeping an eye on the earlier kick off.

Coventry City vs Luton Town could determine Preston and Plymouth’s future

The earlier kick off of the day on Saturday 26 April is the meeting between Coventry City and Luton Town.

Matt Bloomfield’s side have lost one of their last eight games and found form at just the right time.

Coventry meanwhile were beaten by Plymouth last time out but have their play-off fate still in their own hands.

Opta is tipping Coventry to finish in the top six and Sky Blues can also help Preston and Plymouth out too.

Should Frank Lampard’s side beat Luton, Preston will only need a point to confirm their place in the Championship for next season.

Meanwhile, for Plymouth, a defeat for the Hatters means that they could move level on points with only a game left of the season and set up for a final day classic.

Is Preston vs Plymouth on TV?

As the game is in the UK and kicks off at 3:00PM BST, fans of Preston and Plymouth won’t be able to watch the game on live broadcast.

This will also mean that there is no live stream available. In order to keep up to date, supporters will be able to listen to local radio commentary, as well as follow the updates on Sky Sports’ Soccer Saturday.

Extended highlights will be on Sky Sports’ YouTube channels later that day, and can also be found on the English Football League Highlights show on ITV and ITVX.
