Derby County picked up their first point of the season on Friday evening as they held Bristol City to a 1-1 draw at Pride Park under the lights.
The Rams fell behind in the first-half, with Scott Twine opening the scoring for the Robins in impressive fashion as he found himself with a free shot on goal, which he took excellently.
Jacob Widell Zetterstrom is on Brentford’s radar, but John Eustace would be ill-advised to sell his first-choice goalkeeper at this point in the transfer window, as the East Midlands outfit continue to look for signings.
Derby have not had the best of starts to the campaign, but Carlton Morris has been in red-hot form, and his performance against Bristol City proved exactly why he was signed.

Carlton Morris is proving to be a threat out of nothing for Derby County
The Rams struggled to have much of an impact on the game at Pride Park, and it took until the final 20 minutes for them to really put the visitors under much pressure.

Morris, who had scored two goals in two games heading into the clash, found it tough to get into the action with Derby offering very little going forward.
Nevertheless, when he did get his chance, he took it. Callum Elder’s cross was met by an excellent Joe Ward header that Radek Videk could only palm into the path of the Rams’ number nine, whose shot just went over the line.
While not the prettiest of goals, it was a vital one and was once again proof of why Derby brought Morris in from Luton Town this summer after Jerry Yates’ loan came to an end.
Carlton Morris is doing his best to make a strong impression on John Eustace
With the £5.8m Patrick Agyemang in the building and Lars-Jorgen Salvesen coming back to full fitness, Eustace may well be spoilt for choice in the striker position in the near future.
However, if those two are going to get into the team, then they’re going to have to take their chances when they come as Morris has been a revelation for Derby.

Experience in the Championship is key, and the 28-year-old has that in droves having already won promotion to the Premier League with Luton in the past.
Whether he can keep these levels up is another question, but right now, everything is going to plan for Morris at Pride Park.
