Millwall will hope to continue their impressive start to the season against a winless Wrexham.
Sean Dyche played for Millwall the last time they faced Wrexham over 20 years ago and both sides are in very different positions now.
The visitors have splashed the cash to secure three consecutive promotions from non-league to the Championship but have found life difficult and are yet to pick up a win.
As for Alex Neil’s side, aside from the 3-0 loss at home to Middlesbrough, they have claimed scalps away at Norwich City and Sheffield United.
They will be the favourites for the game against the Red Dragons this weekend and there is one member of the Lions’ squad that will have extra motivation to get three points.

Macaulay Langstaff has a terrible win record vs Wrexham
Like Wrexham, Macaulay Langstaff has risen from the depths of non-league to the Championship.
He struggled in his first season but made an instant impact on the opening day of this season by scoring the winner at Norwich.
Langstaff has gone head-to-head with Phil Parkinson’s side plenty of times over the years but has only won one of the four previous meetings against them.
Coincidentally, the one time he has won against Wrexham in his career was when he scored the only goal of the game in a 1-0 win for Notts County in the 2023/24 season.
This time, with an outside chance of the Championship play-offs on their mind, Langstaff will hope to bury those demons.
Alex Neil is a huge fan of Macauley Langstaff
Now that Langstaff has had a year to adjust to the demands of the Championship, big things are expected from the 28-year-old.
He’s already matched his total from last season inside the first three games and Neil was full of praise for him earlier in the year.
Speaking after the win at Carrow Road, the Millwall boss said: “Macca has been excellent for us in pre-season. He scored a very similar goal the other day. It was a great finish by him and I’m really pleased.”
