Gerhard Struber’s side continued their brilliant start to the season with a 2-0 win in the Carabao Cup over MK Dons.
The manager masterminded an opening-day victory over Sheffield United in the Championship, which saw them run out as comfortable 4-1 winners.
The pick of the goals was Scott Twine’s free kick to open proceedings, with fans on social media stunned by the quality of the strike.
While Twine stole the show, Ross McCrorie was crucial to their victory as he rampaged up and down the pitch from the wing-back position, even getting on the scoresheet.
This performance has not seemingly gone unnoticed, as Udinese from the Serie A are now reportedly interested in bringing the Scottish full-back to Italy.
Struber has made it clear how he feels about the prospect of McCrorie leaving Bristol City this summer.

Struber would ‘never’ let McCrorie go
At the moment it is not public knowledge how Ross McCrorie feels about the interest in him from Udinese; however, Struber has made his thoughts very clear in the matter after their victory over MK Dons.
Struber is a fan of the energetic full-back, who will be key to his tactics this season, and he has no intentions of allowing him to leave the club, from his comments made to Bristol Live.
He said: “I look on the market, and of course I want to do the one or other piece what would help us in the end, so that we also grow from the quality. We have to do something, but not with stress.

“Of course, the transfer window will close at the end of the month, but I think we will do the one or other thing, and hopefully, as soon as possible.
“Ross is super important for us.
“I cannot imagine that. Never, never would I let him go, never.”

Liam Manning looking to reunite with McCrorie
Udinese are not the only club interested in the Scottish full-back, as Norwich City are also keen on reuniting him with his former manager Liam Manning.
The current Norwich boss is a huge fan of the player from their time at Bristol together, with McCrorie proving to be pivotal to Manning.
Speaking to Bristol Live in May this year, Manning said: “He’s been excellent, and again, I think he’s one of those where he epitomises the culture that we’ve got as someone who leaves absolutely everything out there every game. He’s in a really good spot, and long may it continue.”
Norwich and Udinese are apparently battling for the player, with an expected fee of £3.5 million being suggested; however, Bristol City may consider this as too low a figure for such an asset.
