One Burnley player is now receiving transfer interest ahead of the summer window and fans have had their say.
Burnley are looking to secure a second promotion from the Championship in the space of three years.
The Clarets remain third in the division but were given a major boost in their hunt for automatic promotion over the weekend.
Sheffield United did beat Coventry City on Friday evening, but Leeds United drew with Swansea City, likely starting their annual collapse right at the business end of the season.
This has seen Scott Parker’s men move to within just two points of top spot going into the next round of games.

However, Burnley are predicted to finish third in the second tier, and if they don’t go up, there’s a chance they could lose some key players.

Burnley fans react to Everton and West Ham interest in Maxime Esteve
Josh Brownhill is likely to leave Burnley at the end of his contract, and has already been in talks over his future, EFL Analysis understands.
Meanwhile, another big name in the form of Maxime Esteve has now been tipped for an exit.
Burnley signed Esteve for €15m (around £12.5m) – according to Get Football News France – from French side Montpellier on February 1st, 2024.
Now, just over a year after his arrival was made permanent, the likes of Everton and West Ham United have been linked.
Burnley fans have since taken to social media to make their feelings known, with many claiming he’s better than Everton, while some suggested he’s worth much more than the £12.5m the Clarets paid for him.
One fan wrote: “How much do we think? Realistically, if Keane went for 25M+ you’re looking double that, surely?
While a second replied: “As much as I love him we will do well to get 50 for him, especially if we don’t go up. I think 35 be fair, and that’s top level.”
A third then claimed: “He’s better than Everton and West Ham.”
A fourth stated: “He’s better than Everton,” while another Burnley supporter echoed: “He’s too good for Everton.”
“Everton after a Burnley CB. Never!” Another explained in response to the Toffees’ previously signing Michael Keane from Burnley.
Scott Parker reacts to Maxime Esteve Burnley first
The 22-year-old has been a key figure at Turf Moor this season, featuring 39 times in the Championship.
He once again started as Burnley beat Bristol City over the weekend, coming away with a 1-0 win.
Esteve’s goal, his first for the club, won the Clarets a major three points, and Parker has since reacted, as per the Burnley Express.
He said: “I’m pleased for Max. It’s something we’ve been asking of the defenders, to chip in with some goals from set plays.
“It was a well-worked goal, something we’ve worked on. Flemm [Zian Flemming] putting it back into the area, Maxi obviously being there in and around it to pick up the loose bits to score, so I’m pleased for him.”
