Coventry City have been in impressive form under Frank Lampard so far this season.
With two wins and four draws from their first six games, Lampard’s side join Middlesbrough as the only two Championship teams not to have lost in the second tier.
That record was maintained last Saturday in the M69 derby, as some heroics from goalkeeper Carl Rushworth helped Coventry to a 0-0 draw against Leicester City.
Next up for the Sky Blues is Birmingham City, and Jack Rudoni will be searching to continue his magnificent run of form.

Coventry City star Jack Rudoni tops Championship for passing stat
Ahead of the Leicester clash, Coventry star Matt Grimes beat Rudoni and Hayden Hackney to the most successful passes inside the final third in the Championship.
However, Rudoni has now leapfrogged his fellow Sky Blues star to become the only Championship player who has completed more than 100 passes inside the final third in the league so far this season.
As pointed out by the Championship Chat Podcast on X, Rudoni tops the metric with 102 passes inside the final third.
With Lampard and Rudoni possessing a similar style of play, the former Huddersfield Town starlet has clearly been taking notes from the Chelsea icon.
Unfortunately for the Sky Blues boss, Rudoni failed to pick the lock of the Foxes’ defence at the weekend despite his stellar form.
Lampard wants more ‘quality’ in Coventry’s attack when they face Birmingham, and the in-form attacking midfielder will be pivotal to that.
Not only will Lampard be keen to see his attacking midfielder make the difference on Saturday, he will be hoping for some clarity on the 24-year-old’s contract situation.

Frank Lampard comments on Jack Rudoni’s Coventry City contract
Last week, reports emerged that Rudoni is set to sign a new Coventry contract, but there has been no official announcement over a week later.
Southampton wanted Rudoni in the summer, but Sky Blues owner Doug King stood firm against the Saints to retain Lampard’s star pupil.
When asked about Rudoni’s deal, Lampard said via Coventry Live: “I’m not going to answer about contracts of players.
“You have to keep your best players if you want to succeed and they have to grow with you as the team grows.
“Or you have to have credible succession plans. And at this point with us, that’s not exactly where we’re at so you want to keep all your best players, not just Jack.
Lampard added: “In terms of his personal development, I’ve seen him grow from the minute we walked in. And I liked him when I came in. I thought he was a talent.
“It was about finding the best position for him to play, to work on the training pitch, to work with his mentality.
“He’s got a great mentality, is a very positive boy who wants to improve but to sort of hone that and decide exactly where it can help his game.
“He’s a hungry boy and a very good player for us and he needs to continue with his form, to keep creating, to keep being a problem for the opposition and obviously the goal threat that he is.”
With Mark Robins at the helm, Coventry lost against Birmingham in their last meeting despite dominating possession.
Lampard will be hoping Rudoni can provide that clinical edge against the Blues that saw Robins’ side fall to a 3-0 defeat.
