It could prove to be a busy summer at Swansea as the club prepares for Alan Sheehan’s first full campaign in charge.
Alan Sheehan was appointed by Swansea City following Luke Williams’ sacking, and helped steer the Swans to stellar end-of-season form.
Sheehan’s side picked up ten points from their final 15 on offer, with their only defeat coming on the road to play-off chasing Millwall.
With Real Madrid icon Luka Modric joining Swansea as a minority shareholder, the Welsh giants have showcased their lofty ambitions for Premier League promotion, and have been very busy in the opening exchanges of the summer transfer window.
With several through the doors and plenty set to depart, EFL Analysis has the rundown on all of Swansea City’s confirmed transfers so far.

Every confirmed Swansea City transfer in so far this summer
The Swansea hierarchy have been busy already this summer, with the club making three signings so far, in a signal of their intent to bolster Sheehan’s squad.
On June 6, Swansea confirmed the signing of defender Ricardo Santos, on a two-year contract.
Centre-half Santos, who has spent the last five seasons at Bolton Wanderers, arrives with over 200 EFL appearances to his name.
Alongside Santos, Swansea have recruited Zeidane Inoussa and Bobby Wales from Hacken and Kilmarnock, respectively.
Players Swansea City have signed this summer:
- Ricardo Santos (free agent)
- Zeidane Inoussa (£5m fee, from Hacken)
- Bobby Wales (£250k, from Kilmarnock)
Left-winger Inoussa has arrived for an undisclosed fee, which is estimated by transfermarkt.co.uk to be in the region of £5 million, constituting a significant outlay for the 22-year-old.
Swansea have also been tipped to sign “standout” Lincoln City star Ethan Erhahon in the summer window, but that has not yet materialised into any formal business.

Every Swansea City departure this summer
Swansea’s retained list for the summer confirmed the departures of four first-team players.
Kristian Pedersen, Cyrus Christie, Kyle Naughton, and Jon McLaughlin all depart the club this summer, as well as veteran midfielder Joe Allen, who also becomes a free agent.
Allen confirmed his call to retire from the game despite Swansea offering the Welshman a new one-year deal.
In terms of loanees, Hannes Delcroix returns to parent club Burnley following his season stint at Swansea.
Regarding potential departures, Swansea have offered a new contract to Harry Darling, as Norwich City enter the race to sign the coveted defender, which would see the centre-half reunite with former boss Liam Manning.
Jerry Yates returns to Swansea following his 10-goal loan spell at Derby County. However, we understand a return to Derby seems unlikely for Yates next season, and that his time in South Wales is coming to an end this summer.
