Birmingham City have been completely transformed in the last 12 months, and Tom Brady has been explaining how that has happened.
Supporting the Midlands outfit over the last decade or so has not been easy, but fans are finally starting to see light at the end of the tunnel.
After their relegation to League One last season, Tom Brady made a promise to Birmingham City.
The American has kept his word to supporters, with 2024/25 one of the most positive seasons at St Andrew’s in some time.
After Wrexham failed to beat Wigan Athletic on Saturday, the Blues were crowned League One champions without kicking a ball.
Birmingham are close to breaking a record in the third tier as well and will now have one eye on the Championship.

Tom Brady explains ‘very important’ change at Birmingham City
Championship clubs are fearing Birmingham already, in no small part due to what they are expected to do in the transfer market this summer.
Their squad has clearly been constructed to compete in the second tier, but it’s not just an influx of cash that has led to their success this season.
Speaking live on Sky Sports during coverage of the EFL Trophy final on Sunday, Brady was interviewed by former Blue, Troy Deeney.
When speaking to the NFL legend, Deeney asked: “Tom Brady, obviously, you came in and helped a lot with nutrition and the mentality of these players. We’ve seen fewer players injured this year. What have you done?”
To which Brady responded: “It’s very important how you take care of yourself and the processes you set for the players that allows them to go out and practice hard every day and ultimately when they come on the pitch, to play as hard as they can every week.
“A lot of it was lessons I’ve learned over a long period of time, and I tried to employ those the best I could, but I really wanted to work on how we can do that for the entire team for the benefit of the whole organise.
“You want to be healthy when you go out to play; you want to feel good so you have all of your strength and all of your energy, and I think the players have really shown that throughout this season.”

What Tom Brady has said about Birmingham City playing in Championship
In reality, Birmingham were always expected to win promotion from the third tier this season.
Just how dominant they have been is slightly surprising, but they will face a much tougher challenge when they return to the Championship later this year.
On preparing for life back in the second tier, Brady added in his interview with Deeney: “This has obviously been a great season for us, today is a tremendous moment for the club.
“But the reality of sports is you start fresh every year, every year you start right back at the bottom, nothing is given to you, you have to go and earn it every year.
“Next year is next year, we start that when it comes, and you’ve got to put the same amount of determination into next year.”
