Luton Town are facing a little bit of a crisis at this moment in time, with key players departing the club this summer.
Carlton Morris is now a Derby County player, leaving the Hatters just a couple of months after Matt Bloomfield slammed his team following relegation to League One.
Nathan Jones is building a Luton 2.0 team at Charlton Athletic, with Reece Burke the latest to switch Kenilworth Road for The Valley.
Nevertheless, after the departure of Thelo Aasgaard to Rangers, it is now time for Bloomfield to go on the offensive in the transfer market and a fellow third tier side must be raided to help find a replacement for the attacking midfielder.

Luton Town must target Harvey Knibbs this summer
Around Luton, teams are strengthening quickly. Barnsley have signed David McGoldrick, while Huddersfield Town are arguably the favourites for the title. Therefore, a move for Harvey Knibbs just makes sense this summer.

The Reading ace was the target of interest from Derby back in the summer, as per Darren Witcoop, but a deal never came off.
After years of financial instability for the Royals, Rob Couhig completed a takeover of the club in the closing days of the 2024/25 season and this will make any potential deal for Knibbs difficult.
However, the sale of Aasgaard will have raised plenty of funds to be spent on a replacement and the 26-year-old should be a target for Luton after he scored 14 goals and registered six assists in 43 games in the last campaign.

Harvey Knibbs will want Championship football soon
While Reading will be hoping that they can find themselves on an upward trend now, players like Knibbs will have huge ambitions and a desire to play Championship football as soon as possible.
The Hatters made a triple signing on Thursday morning showing their ambition ahead of the new season, and this could interest a player like the ex-Aston Villa youngster to make a move to Kenilworth Road as they bid for an instant return to the second tier.
Bloomfield is a manager who knows how to get a team towards the top end of League One, having done so with Wycombe Wanderers last season, and bringing in Knibbs would be a show of intent this summer.
