Charlton Athletic are looking to bolster their squad ahead of next season, with some new squad members already having arrived.
Following their electric 2024/25 League One campaign under Nathan Jones, Charlton Athletic are set to add to their ranks as they prepare for life in the Championship next season.
The Addicks have already tied down Nathan Jones’ services for the future with a new contract, fending off interest from the likes of Cardiff City.
Jones’ strong allegiance with the club suggests he will receive significant investment in players this summer.
With players coming in already, and some set to depart, here’s a rundown of all the confirmed Charlton Athletic transfers so far.

Confirmed Charlton Athletic transfers in
Charlton Athletic announced the signing of Thomas Kaminski at the end of June. The Belgian international goalkeeper joined from Luton Town for an undisclosed fee.
Standing at 6ft 3in, he won the 2023/24 Premier League Save of the Season and played every game during the Hatters’ top-flight campaign, making the second-highest number of saves across the league.
The Addicks have also signed Tanto Olaofe from League One side Stockport County for an undisclosed fee.
The 25-year-old played a key part in the Stockport side that finished third in Sky Bet League One last season, scoring 12 goals and registering four assists. Before that, he netted 21 goals in County’s promotion-winning 2023/24 campaign.
Charlton have also welcomed Jamaican international Amari’i Bell, following the expiry of his contract at Luton Town.
The left-sided defender, who has been capped 28 times by his country, brings plenty of experience, having featured 216 times in English football’s top two tiers.
Sonny Carey is another player who will be playing at the Valley next season. He jumped on board after the expiration of his contract at Blackpool.
The 24-year-old, who netted 11 goals from midfield last season, has signed a three-year contract and was the Addicks’ first signing of the summer.

The latest Charlton Athletic transfer rumours
In terms of rumoured transfer activity at the Valley, a few reports are circling.
The Addicks are said to be in competition with Millwall and Preston North End for Danish defender Mathias Ross on a free transfer, according to FLW.
Journalist Richard Cawley has reported that Charlton are also looking at a third Luton player, Reece Burke.
He made just 17 Championship appearances for Luton last season, due to an injury which took him out of action for over three months.
With Jones’ former club being Luton, this could make the move more likely, especially with the likes of Thomas Kaminski and Amari’i Bell recently joining.
