The future of Hull City star Ivor Pandur has been sealed, with his destination for the 2025/26 Championship season all but confirmed.
Hull City’s summer deadline day has seen plenty of action regarding both incomings and outgoings.
While the Tigers have made strides to sign Darko Gyabi on a permanent deal from Leeds United, they have also faced plenty of action regarding players with the potential of leaving the club.
Despite initial issues with Abu Kamara’s proposed move to Getafe, the problems have since been rectified, meaning that a sale will likely go ahead.
Elsewhere, Hull City star Charlie Hughes looks set to stay despite Coventry City interest.
After the confirmation on Hughes’ future on the club, there is now further clarity on what will happen to Ivor Pandur this season after the Tigers shot-stopper was linked to both Middlesbrough and Leicester City.

Hull City told the verdict of Ivor Pandur future amid interest from Middlesbrough and Leicester City
Middlesbrough registered their interest in Hull City’s Ivor Pandur, with Rob Edwards’ side keen to sweeten the deal by offering an exchange, with Seny Dieng going the other way. Boro also faced interest from Leicester City, who took an interest in the Croatian shot-stopper.
However, it has been revealed, via the Hull Daily Mail, that Pandur is ‘staying’, alongside Coventry City-linked defender Charlie Hughes.
It has been reported that ‘nothing is happening’ with the goalkeeper, meaning that Hull City have been handed the ‘massive boost’ of their star man staying beyond the summer transfer window.
Hull City’s transfer fee restriction would significantly hamper their ability to sign a replacement for Pandur, meaning that retaining him is a brilliant outcome for the Tigers.

Retaining Ivor Pandur and Charlie Hughes rounds off a brilliant Tigers transfer window
After what looked set to be a challenging period for Hull City, who were slapped with restrictions by the EFL for failing to pay clubs in time, the Tigers have weathered the storm brilliantly in the circumstances.
Acun Ilicali and Head of Recruitment Jared Dublin have still managed to supply Sergej Jakirovic with sufficient signings, including the statement arrival of Oli McBurnie.
However, the most important piece of business has been keeping the talents of both Ivor Pandur and Charlie Hughes, who, despite vast interest from Championship rivals, have been keen to continue their stay at Hull City.
