Away from Loftus Road, QPR are poised to net a sizeable sum of money amid the sale of former star Eberechi Eze.
QPR have enjoyed an impressive summer transfer window with several high-profile signings following the arrival of new boss Julien Stephan.
Namely, with QPR winning the race to sign Kwame Poku ahead of several Championship rivals and European sides following his Peterborough United exit.
Recently, QPR signed Richard Kone from Wycombe Wanderers after his 18-goal League One campaign ahead of a plethora of second tier suitors.
Now, the R’s could afford to make another marquee move before the window slams shut after banking a staggering sum of money thanks to their former star Eberechi Eze.

QPR will receive seven-figure windfall from Eberechi Eze’s move to Arsenal
Eze cemented himself as one of the best rising talents in the Championship during his breakout 2019/20 season with QPR.
In his second full season at Loftus Road, Eze scored 14 goals and notched eight assists in 48 outings to court the transfer attention of Premier League Crystal Palace.
Former QPR boss Mark Warburton tipped Eze to be a “top-six player” in 2020, and now the Greenwich-born playmaker has fulfilled that feat with his imminent move to Arsenal.
| Club name | Games | Goals | Assists |
| QPR | 112 | 20 | 11 |
| Wycombe Wanderers (loan) | 22 | 5 | 1 |
| Crystal Palace | 169 | 40 | 29 |
After Eze looked destined to join Spurs, their arch rivals Arsenal have beaten Thomas Frank’s side to Eze’s signature, in a move which TBR Football report to be “in the region of £68m” for the England international.
QPR inserted a 15% sell-on clause fee in the £19.5m deal with Palace for Eze back in 2020, meaning that the R’s are poised to receive a huge windfall.
With Palace making around a £48m profit on Eze, QPR will bank in the region of £7.2m as a 15% slice of the pie.

Eberechi Eze was rejected by several English clubs before joining QPR
Eze found his first permanent footballing home at Loftus Road in 2016, after being rejected from several English clubs as a youngster.
Arsenal, his boyhood club, released Eze many years ago and have now shelled out almost £70m to re-sign him several seasons later.
The 12-capped England international was also rejected by the likes of Fulham, Reading, Millwall, Sunderland, and Bristol City before being signed by QPR, “thankfully to God” in the words of Eze.
With Charlton Athletic signing Charlie Kelman from QPR this summer for an initial £3m fee, which could rise to £5m with potential add-ons, the summer window has been a profitable one for the R’s.
Likewise with the Eze deal, QPR have covered their backs financially by inserting a 20% sell-on clause in Kelman’s move to Charlton, but it remains to be seen whether the USNMNT striker will go on to reach the heights of Gunners-bound Eze after his Loftus Road exit.
