It was a summer of change for the Baggies with Ryan Mason coming in, and we’ve got a list of all the West Brom transfers he made over the last few months.
After parting ways with Tony Mowbray towards the end of last season, West Brom took their time before eventually deciding Ryan Mason should lead them forward.
The Baggies have made a promising start to the season with their new manager, too. But, they’re having to navigate the campaign without star man, Tom Fellows, who joined Southampton.
That was just one of the big West Brom transfers this summer, with the Baggies recruiting shrewdly over the last few months.

Confirmed West Brom transfers
West Brom’s first signing of the summer was highly-rated defender Nat Phillips from Liverpool. Phillips chose West Brom despite being heavily linked with a return to Derby County, where he spent last season on loan.
There were some pretty impressive West Brom transfers to follow. Most notably, the ‘fantastic’ Aune Heggebo joined for £4.7m from Brann.
The Baggies also nabbed Alfie Gilchrist from Chelsea and Chris Mepham signed from Bournemouth to bolster the backline.
On deadline day, West Brom signed Samuel Iling-Junior from Aston Villa. The loan deal lasts for the season, and it’s thought he will replace Tom Fellows, for now at least.

Obviously, of all the West Brom transfers this summer, it’s Tom Fellows who grabbed the headlines. The Fellows exit was inevitable, and a necessary sale to balance the books.
West Brom also made decent money selling the likes of Torbjorn Heggem (to Bologna), Darnell Furlong (to Ipswich Town), and Caleb Taylor (to Millwall) for a combined £12.5m.
